Holiday Inn Express & Suites George - Quincy South by IHG

Ive been to this location numerous times, even when it was the Microtel hotel. And now that its the holiday inn express it still is good, however one thing that it needs desperately in the rooms is more of a storage to put your clothes in. And all it takes it 2 small drawers on both sides of the hook area you hang your jackets on. That's really the only thing it needs to go from 4 stars to 5 stars. So please consider that for future visits!

Clean place and quiet! Great staff and a great continental breakfast. This is my 3rd time staying and will continue to come here on my hunting trips.

On our way to our winter home in Mexico our car had troubles and closes town to be towed to was George, Washington where we have driven by but never knew, had the one of the best mechanic shops and lone hotel which happen to be this hotel. To our surprise the hotel was better than expected with nice staff and very comfortable bed with nice linens and spacious clean rooms. Every morning they had a nice breakfast which was included. Highly recommend if needed to stop in the area for the Gorge Amphitheater concerts or car troubles.

This hotel is located right off the highway, easy to find. The rooms were clean, well furnished. The towels were soft and not worn. The beds were new and comfortable. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was really great with warm eggs/sausage etc and a pancake making station! We stayed here while climbing at Frenchman Coulee just a few miles away and it met all of our needs!

The hallway was a bit noisy, but most hotels have this problem.

I wish there were bananas or some sort of low-fat breakfast option. It would be nice if there was a QR code to to housekeeping. (Especially since it felt cleaner than most, but without being too heavy on the chemical smell) I felt bad not being able to leave a tip, but I only had a $50 bill for emergencies, and there was no way to break it, since the hotel and bar are cash-free
