"Do not stay here or if you do cross your Is and dot your Ts cause more than likely your reservation is gone and holiday"

I didn’t even get to stay here besides one night

Holiday Inn took the property over from Microtel in March/April and so everyone who booked before then didn’t have a reservation anymore, no one reached out to us and we had no where to go. We found out by trying to check in at 12 at night
