Bien situé dans Matera. Le petit déjeuner est complet et permet de bien commencer la journée. L'établissement est très agréable. Le personnel est très bienveillant et professionnel.

Nous pensions avoir une chambre avec une petite terrasse d'après l'annonce, ce qui n'a pas été le cas, donc un peu de déception à l'arrivée. En ce qui concerne le lit, l'espace entre le matelas et la tête de lit est très désagréable. Le 2ème oreiller demandé a un peu atténué le problème. Le problème de chasse d'eau a été résolu dès le lendemain.

A truly authentic experience in Matera - very comfortable and so spacious, the terrace was beautiful. The bed, the shower, the little extras - brilliant.

Rommene var pene, praktiske og fint lokalisert. Frokosten var overdådig.

The description of “access to panoramic terrace” should clarify that the access is not directly from the room and is not exclusive. Access to the terrace is for all the rooms on the upper level.

Matera is a gem and Ai Terrazzini is the cherry on top. This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and large. You can sit up and see the old town through a window in the morning. When you open the door, it is almost across the street. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are friendly, cheerful, and accommodating (they helped my husband arrange flowers, candy, and a bottle of wine for my birthday). They even have someone to help you get your bags to your room. The breakfast is wonderful! You cannot park at the hotel and when you get there you will understand why. They can arrange a space for you at a parking garage. You drive to the garage and they will take you to the hotel and pick you up when you leave. Matera is something you should not miss. It is magical and has a story to tell.

Absolutely loved the location. Right in the middle of Sassi with an incredible view out of our room. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind - truly - thank you Maria, Rosita and the rest of the staff. Breakfast was delicious, too.

That we realized just how out of shape we were. Haha
