Podobał mi się wystrój wnętrz, w jaskiniach gustownie urządzone. Zestaw do parzenia herbaty (w tym także z walerianą na sen) kawy starbucks i woda. Pozostałe napoje w minibarku płatne. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór między słodkim i słonym, obsługa przemiła. Super lokalizacja. Fajnie że obsługa daje mapę i pokazuje, gdzie i jak pójść (choć i tak można się zgubić) Na plus także grzejniki.

Niektóre pokoje od ulicy dzielą tylko jedne drzwi na klucz- nie ma żadnej ochrony czy bramy albo chociaż furtki, a recepcja jest nieczynna w nocy co może wzmagać poczucie niebezpieczeństwa. W pokoju zabrakło mi szamponu albo odżywki do włosów - fajnie byłoby to rozważyć, ale jest za to balsam do ciała, zestaw szczoteczek, waciki, żel i mydło. Można byłoby też dodać kapcie jednorazowe. Jedna lampka w pokoju nie działała.
