Rent, stort rom

La tempestività, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Dopo aver fatto notare che la camera a me data presentasse dei capelli sul pavimento e sulle lenzuola mi è stata data subito un’altra stanza in maniera cortese e veloce. La sera invece, verso le 23.30, ho contattato la struttura convinta che la porta della nuova camera fosse rotta, mi hanno subito assistito nello spiegarmi che la chiusura fosse antipanico e che quindi da dentro si aprisse sempre abbassando la maniglia. Non è scontata una così tempestiva risposta e la gentilezza avuta nello spiegarmi e rassicurarmi. Questo è ciò che davvero fa la differenza in un soggiorno.

Pavimenti che possono essere puliti meglio, così come le lenzuola (quest’ultime solo per la prima camera).

Great price, had everything I needed as a solo traveller

Staff was very friendly, well organized and efficient. The rooms are simple, but clean.

The bed/matrace was very uncomfortable. The environment is very noisy.

The information regarding the entrance to the hotel was very confusing. In all correspondence, it was stated that a code would be provided for a box located on the street where I could collect my key. However, no such code was ever provided. Moreover, it was not mentioned anywhere (including on the Booking.com page) that there is a daytime reception where keys can be collected. This lack of clear communication caused unnecessary stress, as I arrived in the city without access details and without knowing how to enter the building or reach our room.

No breakfast, only some vending machines.
