Sauberes Zimmer

Die Klimaanlage war leider defekt. Daraufhin haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, aber da war die Klimaanlage auch defekt. Die Mitarbeiter konnten uns nicht helfen und uns wurde eine Entschädigung versprochen, die jetzt nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht eingetroffen ist. So geht man mit seinen Gästen nicht um!!!

The facility is close to a bus stop linking the area to the city centre, train station etc. The city centre is also a walking distance (about 15 minutes)

The walls were quite thin, and as a light sleeper, I struggled to sleep at night. I advise people like myself to get earplugs
