Like shit

The name on the booking must match the name on your passport; otherwise, the front desk will issue a new order. Even though you've already paid by card, you're being asked to pay again on-site, and then wait for the hotel to refund you. This is extremely unreasonable and foolish. Only two bottles of water were provided for a three-day stay, and breakfast was extremely basic.
