Location

It’s a fire hazard. Dryer had no ventilation out of the building. The ac unit needs to be replaced. It didn’t/stop working and then you cannot turn it past 70 or it will freeze., if you are lucky enough to have it work.

Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't trust that they were clean. Unit also smelled musty, though the central AC worked fine. My initial text to Dyer Mgmt went through about the bugs, and they reassured me that they never had issues before and asked me to send pictures. I sent more texts and pictures about the other issues for the next 2 days and didn't hear back from anyone. I finally called on Mon (day 3) and they said they hadn't received any of my texts (I couldn't confirm delivery because iMessages didn't work for the number they provided). They apologized and said they would get back to me after reviewing everything but never did. I would avoid this property and this management company. There are plenty of other places in the area that are better maintained and more responsive mgmt.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the corner of Broadway and next to some fantastic places to catch live music, food and shopping just steps away on 2nd.

The AC was very subpar. The place never cooled down and it was hot hot hot in the bedrooms at night. Also, the washing machine was having terrible fits, did the job but made a terrible racket throughout the entire wash cycle. Imagine hearing metal music but the beat never drops.

The location was phenomenal, around the corner from "Chief's on Broadway"!!! The parking garage was up the block, very convenient plus there was a "loading/unloading parking area" very close to rental (approximately 500-600 yards). The BONUS was the parking validation given with the rental. There was plenty of room for the 5 people staying with us, it may have been a little more cramped if the additional two stayed since this rental is actually 3 tiered: mid level is the main floor with living, kitchen and laundry; lower level had 2 beds not much for clothes storage; upper level had three beds plus both full baths, with plenty of storage for belongings. Not the best setup for older individuals. The Lofts should be clearer on how each rental is "set up" because it is difficult to decipher from pictures alone. The place was clean.

The not so good: 1.) The rental smelled very, very musty!!! It was so bad that the clothes that we had sitting out, smelled musty after we arrived home, 2.) The rental door itself was not very secure due the door hinge virtually comming away from the door jam!! Not sure who to notify about fixing this, 3.) there were no extra towels, only enough for 2 persons per bed, which worked okay for us since we were only 5 people, but it could have been an issue with 7 or 8, and 4.) The lack of any kind of delay between putting in the code and opening the outside door was a huge pain, ecspecially if you had your hands full or even alone because of the distance between door and key pad. There were times I felt it could be a safety concern when alone. Recommendations: extra towels, ice trays available for the freezer, clean the windows occassionally, and a dehumidifier!

Was excellent location, comfortable beds

There were fries at the foot of the stairs for the entire time of our stay and the loft smelt like someone had been smoking in it !

Location can’t be beat! Apartment was very clean.

Upstairs bedrooms were a little warm but they did have a fan in each bedroom. Needed to be a trash can in the bedrooms and maybe an extra little table.

Perfect location

Parking was a bit confusing at first but figured it out. Light very dim in bedroom and could not see at all. The rest of the apartment was fine. We really enjoyed our stay.

Was in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium, short walk over pedestrian bridge was easy. Great location, right off broadway! Thought noise from broadway would be bad but we slept peacefully. Security locks at ground level and room were a plus however on multiple occasions ground floor lock was not working. Loading area in front was great for getting luggage inside our rooms and then proceeding to parking garage for free parking was perfect since everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Nashville!

The property was great and location was great. The bathrooms are BOTH upstairs, so it was a hassle if you were downstairs, but not a huge turn off.

ONE parking space is claimed to be included, but unfortunately we got home and received a $60 notice in the mail a MONTH after our trip that we had to pay for parking. We scanned both QR codes as instructed for parking. I contacted the host and all they had to say was to call the parking facility and there was nothing they could do.
