The Lofts at 107

Location. Location. Location. QR code for parking.

1. Was not warned that 2nd Avenue is completely closed to traffic making unloading/reloading a huge pain. 2. There were French fries and rose petals on the entry steps the entire four days we were there. Obviously they’re not cleaned often. 3. Our floors were dirty. The bathtub was DISGUSTING. The knobs are pulled away from the wall which makes them leak and the floor of the tub was black (prob from people’s dirty feet from the dirty floors!) a Magic Eraser would help ALOT. I don’t think it was cleaned since the last time we stayed there. 4. A lot of of cob webs and dust.

This is such a great location! It's only a half block from Broadway. The unit was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed.

The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of the fun. The full kitchen was the best feature of the apartment for us.

One small bathroom and a small couch.

A great location just above "the strip" in Nashville, but very quiet. The loft appartment was well laid out, thoughtfully equipped and very clean.

Getting in was tricky in that we due to some confusion we didn't get an email with codes. We called, and things were resolved quite quickly.

no smoke alarm it was under sink with batteries out of it. main door was pretty much a 2 person operation with how fast lock reset.

Location was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Parking was close and included which was a bonus to being downtown. It was stocked with plenty of dishes and spices if you choose to cook. We choose to try local places during g our stay.

There were stairs. No elevator. It was not necessarily a bad thing but one person in our party got hurt the first night and needed crutches. So u have about 35 steps to get in and then once in the room the bathroom is on the next floor which was another 25 steeps or so to the loft. The bathroom could use a re-model. Soaps were empty but it was stocked with enough towels and toilet paper.

Dated (but well equipped). We only needed 2 beds so worked very well but it would be virtually impossible for someone to sleep in the downstairs room.
