Right off Broadway. Slept 7 comfortably with full kitchen and washer and dryer

Several sets of stairs to get to the apartment as well as two flights of stairs to the bedroom.

Location was excellent t and the communication with the staff was outstanding

The apartment was spacious however the set up was disappointing.

Didn’t quite understand the bed inThe living/dining room. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper left for us which thankfully we had some cancels and only had 3 people in room. The second bedroom had no privacy considering the one wall was a big window with no coverage.

Very convenient and close to all the sights and bars. Very spacious and had laundry and kitchen fully stocked with dishes/coffee pot/etc. felt secure with locked entry

Was a little dirty/old but also charming with the brick. The whole street in front of the building was under construction which would have been nice to know about

It had a fantastic location, just metres off Broadway, the beds were super comfy, the place definitely had potential but I wouldn't recommend it for any reason other than the location.

No lift, a lot of stairs to carry luggage up and down, which made it a bit awful at check in and check out. You could smell mould when you walked in, it wasn't very clean and there appears to be little to no upkeep on the place, cupboards were missing doors / panels, the toaster didn't work properly, the light in the entrance up to the top floor wasn't working and the couch desperately needs replacing, I have never sat on a couch that uncomfortable before. There were 3 levels, the lower level was a bedroom, middle was living space and the top floor was a bedroom and 2 bathrooms, it was great having 2 bathrooms but we didn't expect them to be next to each other on the top floor, it made it exceptionally inconvenient for the one's in the lower level bedroom to use, especially late at night when the light up the stairs didn't work. Most of the issues, we could overlook because of the location, but the mould on the ceiling in spots and the smell when you walked in just wasn't good.

It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was furnished & clean.

It needed painting (all pink walls) & some furniture upgrades.

The bath was filthy I had to wash the towels has they were stained and dirty

For apartment for 5,6,7 or 8 really need another bathroom. Location was worth the money but the apartment needs some updating. Cupboard doors falling off hinges or just didn’t close, not very nice inside for price. And not sure why has “quiet time” for 10:00pm to morning. There is nothing quiet about these. From outside noise to inside noise was rediculous We had the bedroom with king bed and the room is completely unusable for sleep. Music and noise and garbage trucks are SO loud not even our noise cancelling earphones could drown out the noise for any amount of sleep. All Noise didn’t stop until 5:30- 6:00 AM. The apartments should not be advertising bedrooms that are not usable as one to sleep in. We fully expected some noise, have stayed across street in other condos and there was much more insulation that helped drowned some noise. For the money, with the lack of bathrooms, usable bedrooms and quality off furniture/apartment in generally not worth it. Location is the only highlight. Even chairs around small table in unit were hard metal just like the ones you sat at the bars all day. Really could use updates and more Comfort for The money. That said, we had a great time, we were in Nashville with family…although would not recommend these to anyone else..
