Loved this hotel. Room was very modern and the staff are amazing. You'll need to rent a scooter to get around, or else grabs are plentiful. Reception organised scooter rental, massages, and were on hand to answer any question we had. Hope to be back one day.

Scooters are a bit dated.

Nous avons eu une chambre au 4ème étage sous le restaurant et donnant sur un chantier en cours. Nous avons été réveillés à 5h par le coq, puis 6:15 par le restaurant qui préparait le pdj et 7h par les ouvriers !!!

La cocina es mejorable ( ahora el desayuno está muy rico y abundante pero la cocina a la carta si flaquea un poco ) pero no es razón para no poner un 5 estrellas .

Customer service was great! Thor gave us great recommendations on how to make the most of Ninh Binh and helped us with our transport and restaurant reservations. Rooms were clean and spacious!
