The beds were comfortable The host was kind enough to give us a lift back to the airport for a small fee. There are restaurants close by and the sea is 5 min walk nice to walk This is ok for budget

Breakfast was mainly packaged sweet products. No fresh fruit, cheeses or hams. Just "grab-and-go" sweet rolls and cakes. There were only three chairs and three very small tables.

Some fresh fruit, cheeses and hams would have been nice.

No Breakfast, but in Assisi there are many restaurants and cafe's where the food is excellent. And inexpensive.

The traffic in Assisi never stops. On the narrow streets that are present always, the sound reverberates upwards to every room, wherever you are staying.

Owners are super nice. They provided transportation from and to airport

We spent only one night there.And that was enough.If you want to stay there longer think twice.Room was very dated. Breakfast meh-only packages of sweets.Rome is overpriced in general.

I had an incredibly disappointing and unsafe experience at this bed and breakfast. From the moment I arrived, I was concerned about the complete lack of security. Neither the front gate nor the front door lock, leaving the entire property exposed. To make matters worse, all the rooms share the same key, and these keys are left hanging on the doors, meaning anyone could walk into your room at any time. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were filthy, and it was clear that no effort was made to maintain basic hygiene standards. On top of that, the breakfast was a joke – cheap, store-bought processed food that you could pick up at a discount grocery store. The area around the B&B was run down and felt unsafe, especially at night. I've never felt more vulnerable or unsafe during a stay at any hotel or B&B. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value your safety and cleanliness. Avoid at all costs.
