Great location. Owner very responsive to messages and giving helpful directions and recommendations

No blanket for the bed

Location : Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Amazing sunset. Rome’s Fiumicino Airport was just 5 minutes in the car. Bedroom with en-suite was comfortable, clean, had air-con and Tv.

Breakfast was all in packets, self service and kitchen needed a clean. No fresh food .

The dining room light is connected to a motion senser and cuts out every 3 minutes, if no-one is moving around. The breakfast is light.....cereal, packaged pastries or biscuits and coffee. We were expecting more. Maybe that's our problem.

Breakfast selection was limited to cornflakes and packaged buns purchased at a corner store

Very responsive to our questions and sent detailed instructions on WhatsApp for arrival. We were able to park in the street. It was convenient for us flying out in the morning. Although the shower was in the bath it was an easy one to get in and out of. Self serve breakfast in shared kitchen downstairs

We couldn’t find the control for the air con but were able to leave the door to balcony open because there were louvres.

Great location, a few minutes from the beach.

The room wasn't what I expected or as described. It was different to the photos. No sea view, no bidet, no bath, the shower pressure was bad. The shower needs a clean and there was mold on the ceiling.
