Check-in is self-service, so we ask that you personally complete your traveler's information. Our support team will be available to assist you with the process between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after this time, please ensure you are able to enter your information and use the app yourself; otherwise, you will have the option to pay an additional fee for late check-in. The heated pool and sauna will be open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM between November 1 and April 31. It will not be open outside of these dates. The gates are automated, and if you do not leave during these times, they will not open until the following day. Heated pool rules: 1) Opening hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM 2) Children under 10 years of age are not allowed access to the facility unless accompanied by an adult. 3) Wearing a cap is mandatory. 4) The following are prohibited: - Using a ball or mat. - Consuming food or drinks on the premises. - Using glasses or glass objects. - Using a bathroom without showering first.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Las urbanización en general muy bien, muy limpia y muy segura,muchos servicios

El piso necesita un poquito de atención ,seguro que dándole una buena limpieza , y manteniéndome unos detalles..que son por falta de mantenimiento,,pq es cómodo y está muy bien,solo,la cocina ,estaba ,bastante sucia,el menaje,y los muebles,por lo que no hemos utilizado ,nada de ella,hemos comido fuera,y los armarios y cajones tb habría que mirarlos,cortina de baño sucia,qu cambiarla estaría bien...

La ubicación y la piscina El aparcamiento

La suciedad, estaba todo muy sucio y descuidado. Todo en general y la cortina de la ducha único sitio que te puedes duchar tiene hasta manchas de moho por abajo. No tener disponible la bañera el plato de ducha es muy pequeño para un momento vale pero para el uso de unas cuandtas persona durante unos días no es nada apropiado. Solamente la cama de matrimonio es cómoda la otra cama y sofá cama en absoluto. Los armarios tienen los edredones y ropa de cama dentro mal doblada y con muy mal olor no puedes meter tu ropa dentro.

the apartment is spacious, lots of space, good view and location The only thing is that in winter it is very cold and there is not enough heater, very very cold I think it is better in summer

The position was good and the residence too

The electric kitchen for make food was not working I have write in mail,booking and wazzup but noone have answer and noone have take care for fix the problem. So we have go to restaurant every day because we can not make food. Everything can happen and something can be broken,but i think must answer and try to fix the problem
