"Overall not good place to stay in."

Places of interest is good But the room is too small for both of us. I saw the internet post the room is big. but end up is small. No boiler for boil water. No cup for drinking water.

Can access to Grand Batam mall, jz across the road from the hotel. Few locals eatery nearby. We jz tried a night stay, I won't recommended this hotel for long stay! 👎🏼 Trip on: 24-25 Dec. 2022 👈🏻

The room dirty with loads of rubbish dusts under the twin beds 🤦🏻‍♀️ Stenched towels! NO shampoo & bodywash in dispenser! NO bfast included. U have to go across the road, coffeeshop for breakfast! NO kettle, minibar & iron board. The reception unable to assist u for calling of taxi/cab. You MUST use your own Grab to ferry you from one place to another OR u hire van incl. driver, pay them in SIN $$ - BEST use ur own Grab apps, cheaper in Rp.👈🏻

facilities is no good- restaurant closed, no pool. booked a car from hotel receptionist but the next day say booking doesn’t exist.

"it is really worth it to stay but need some improvement by hotel management"

the location, cleanliness and staff was awesome

the aircond (A/C) position was not strategic. it is not place in front of your bed. but it faced the toilet wall. It is hard to get clothes iron (i got after 1 day of request). Guest should bring their own travel iron to ease the usage.
