Hotel seem to have been renovated not long ago with Good Friendly Staff. Location right across from Grand Batam Mall, watch MidNight Movie at the Mall and walk across the road back to Hotel beyond Midnight. Good Local Food around even after Midnight.

Our bedsheet, pillow case & comforter smell bad, not washed. Shampoo was empty. Room do not have Basic Kettle for Coffee, No Microwave. I strongly suggest for a simple poolside replacing the current unused Restaurant.

"Good hotel with a budget."

Very accessible to the Grand Batam mall. Easy to find food nearby. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The room i booked was small but theres a space for our muslim prayer. Water pressure is good, AC was cold. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the toilet.

No electric kettle and there were only 2 soft pillows. It would be great if they have 4 pillows.

"A good night stay for cheap hotel"

Room is quite small. But the toilet is huge.
