Based on the room we stayed in, room 21 it was really nice. My daughter & I are looking for a rental property & have been bouncing from motel to motel. This was the nicest place we have stayed so far. Like I said based on room 21. I can't speak for any other room.

I was a little worried when we arrived at 2pm for check in & nobody was there to check us in. Then we were handed a key for room 10 by the cleaner, who then informed us she still had to clean our room. We stood there for 20 mins before another lady came & gave us keys to room 21 & we could settle in.

First of all - all information provided on this website regarding this resort - is scam. The pictures have nothing similar with reality. When we arrived, a manager told us that our stay was upgraded and settled us in a bungalow instead of a room I booked here. Broken down furniture, bugs are everywhere, even no sponges but there is a firm warning that "I can be fined leaving dished unclean... with $100". Soundproof - they don't know this term. We could here everything happening around us till 12am. There was even a simple wardrobe so we had to drop our stuff just on the floor. But they shoved FOUR beds in the room which is hardly suitable for two beds only. No dinning area, I had to pull a table from a porch to organize some space for tea. Toilet has no lock, it's broken. Our queen bed stood just next to the toilet door so we had to 'percolate' to there using a narrow gap between the bed and the door. The parking area is ridiculously small, one night I had to fit my car in a gap because there were no empty spots. And this is just a tip of iceberg. But the most awful was that their personal came to the room, cleaned it and left the door to the room unlocked, didn't turned off lights and didn't close curtains. So EVERYONE could see all our belongings and could just come inside during the whole day when we were out. It's just a luck that nothing has been stolen. If this room was "an upgrade" I can't even imagine what we would get otherwise. Do not recommend this place! Extra $50 don't cost it.

Location was right on the water. The rooms were very spacious, bed was comfortable, ducted air so was able to turn on heating. People were very respectful. Easy departure.

I tried to put down the blind in lounge room and when I pulled the chain it came all the way off.
