Absolutely clean, perfect spot and view, close to everything. And the price fantastic

Busy road, a few things required some maintenance.

Location is good

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was basically in carpal, that should be noted or a cheaper rate should be applied. Cars and their lights were a problem as well as pedestrian traffic

The location

The room, the facilities, the lack of a view, our booking said we had a balcony with a view, the room window looked at a blank wall with a fire hose on it, the outdoor facilities were rusted old chairs on a grass slope. This is not a Resort, as the name implies, it is a Motel. As a Motel it was fine but I was expecting a lot more.

Beds make noises at night, chairs are not screwed well and the seats are off.

We arranged late checkin and the text message was never sent. We were given verbal directions and they keys where not under the front door mat. We were told in the 30mins from receiving the verbal direction to arriving our room had been changed. The room had broken furniture, holes in walls, dirty hand and foot prints on the walls. Mould in the the bathroom and on the bed room roof nd one of the beds had mouldy sheets. Air con was full of dust and Mould that we could not use them. Half the windows did not have flyscreens on them. Toilet rolls which were provided was 1 full, 1/2 another and 1/4 on another rolls. Kitchen, no sponges to wash dishes and utensil draws did not have enough cutlery for the number of beds. We bought our own plastic to use. Kettle has green cleaning liquid inside it which we had to wash out and microwave was dirty and gross. Blinds were all fraying at the edges and very old. We were in town visiting family and If we could have found other suitable accommodation during the Easter break we would have left. We used clothing to cover the pillows and the smelt weird.

It was spacious , amazing view, it was basic clean but there were lot of ants in the kitchen. We tried cleaning a few times but it still was. However the rooms and bathrooms were clean. And the staff helped as much as they could.
