Not much at all, only that we were with friends and family

Where do I start, as soon as we got key and opened the door it smelt gross my husband was gagging it was absolutely filthy, and apparently that was an upgrade ( wow cause it slept 1 more person)beds old and uncomfortable, all cooking utensils (limited to what they had ) were dirty and gross had to clean before I could use, then turn tap on in kitchen and it falls in sink,he fixed it , turn it on again happened again,microwave filthy, towels stunk, power points broken and hanging off,aircon was filthy , mould in shower, we had to spray with insect spray as there was bugs in ceiling corners, even had 2 cockroaches running around,dirt in cupboards, smoke detector hanging down,windows dirty , daughter slept on top of sheets, so did we ,advertise they have a bbq- it’s against the fence- no plate on it, pool dirty, spa doesn’t work or sauna, chairs on grass area a lot are broken,and no bins in that area. Bins out the front in car park were over flowing rubbish all over ground.,car space very tight,no one ever in reception- have to call a number to get hold of them -could go on and on. Never ever stayed at such a disgusting place before

This is not a resort. It is a very plain motel. Tiny bathrooms, no daily service, staff never around, pool is about 1.5 metres wide and rooms are not particularly clean.

We loved the location and the facilities the resort offered. The heated pool was a hit with the children, ample seating space on the grassed area and plenty of parking.

The rooms/property is not maintained well. We did change rooms due to this but the second one had its own issues. It wouldn't stop me from staying again, I would just bring my own cleaning supplies.

Beds need new bases, microwave sparked when in use, fire alarm had us all out of bed and in the carpark at 7am, mirrors had finger prints, no spare blankets or pillows, shower flooded the bathroom because it had a curtain and not glass door, there was a second unplugged fridge in the room taking up much needed space, etc etc
