Rysara Hotel

Fabulous food! Pastries at breakfast were as good as any I had during my 7 years living in France. Evening meals were excellent and I ate there most nights. Location is good in the centre of the Plateau. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It has a warm and welcoming feeling as a small boutique hotel.

Prices are high, reflecting the exclusiveness of the area and the high quality of everything in the hotel.

Everything, especially the attention of the staff at all levels and the strong and pleasant family owned business feel.

The food could be better, it is absolutely not bad and probably above standards in Dakar, but could be tremendously improved if they just change the oive oil 🙂 (it's pretty much the same in many hotels/restaurants)
