The staff was very accommodating and the room clean and comfortable. The AC was not on when I arrived but cooled the room quickly. Dinner at the restaurant was great.

There was an enormous hole in the bath towel.

"All the staff were brilliant from manager to cleaners"

The breakfast was a nice continental choice we were visiting a local hospital which was a two minute walk.

There was a small landing on the ground floor which both my wife and I stumbled off. When I told reception they said there should be a black mat which the cleaners had removed. Next time I used the lift the mat was back. I suggested they put a black and yellow strip at the top of the step
