One of the best hotels in central Vietnam. Every detail has been thought through. Incredible cleanliness, pleasant surroundings, very high-quality cuisine. The staff are very well trained, with kindness and attentiveness being their top priorities. I have never seen such well-thought-out and interesting programs in any other hotel as in this club hotel. There are numerous sports facilities, and the beachfront location is magnificent. Gastronomy: I have stayed in many excellent hotels in Vietnam, but I have never had a breakfast like the one at Robinson. For this, they deserve special praise. The HATAII restaurant offers a unique culinary experience that is difficult to describe in words. It is first-class. I would like to emphasize that the hotel has its own vegetable garden, which ensures that we get the freshest ingredients on our table. The only minor drawback of the hotel is that it is about 35-40 minutes from the city, but this can be easily solved with the very cheap taxi service. For anyone who wants a cultured, smiling, clean, tidy place with a wonderful beach and excellent, unobtrusive programs.

I recently spent a week at the hotel and was really happy with the service - all the staff members are incredibly polite and hardworking. A highlight of my stay was being invited to watch the staff beach volleyball match, so fun! The hotel is on a beautiful white sand beach and also has a wide range of facilities like tennis and padel courts and also runs a good daily activity program. Some of these were very good but there is some room for improvement in the quality of some of the activities. Thank you to Khanh and Quan for checking on me everyday to ensure everything was ok, and for making special requests for me for vegetarian food - they are exceptional managers. Thanks also to Jim for playing table tennis with me!

Der Robinson Nam Hoi An ist seit 2024 der zweite Robinson Club in Asien neben Thailand. Die Anreise erfolgt über den Flughafen Da Nang, von dort sind es ca. 1:45 Std. mit dem Auto. Der Club liegt etwas abgelegen, südlich von Hoi An – einer charmanten Stadt, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Die Anlage ist bereits gewachsen und dadurch sehr grün, gepflegt und weitläufig mit direktem Zugang zu einem traumhaften Strand. Auch in der Regenzeit lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt: Die Schauer sind kurz und wechseln sich meist mit viel Sonne ab. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die außergewöhnliche Qualität des Essens sowie die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter. Die sogenannten ROBs – die Robinson Mitarbeiter – bieten zudem ein vielseitiges Sport- und Unterhaltungsprogramm, das den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Ein Plus ist das flexible Verpflegungskonzept: Man kann Frühstück, Halbpension oder Vollpension wählen. Wer Ausflüge nach Hoi An oder in die Umgebung plant, bleibt mit Frühstück flexibel und kann bei Bedarf weitere Mahlzeiten oder Room Service (gegen Aufpreis) nutzen. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die Erholung, Genuss und vietnamesische Kultur verbinden möchten. 🌴✨

Robinson Nam Hoi An – A Place That Stole My Heart This was my 30th country visited, and after spending 10 days here, I can confidently say: Robinson Nam Hoi An is not just good, it is exceptional. I’ve experienced many resorts worldwide, but this one truly raises the standard of hospitality. From the very first moment, every single member of staff made me feel special. Their kindness, genuine smiles, and world-class customer service deserve more than 5 stars. They are not just doing their jobs – they radiate warmth and create unforgettable moments. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single Robinson team member. My apologies that I cannot remember names, but I truly consider this an amazing big family of Robinson’s. I treated myself to the spa three times, and each massage left me floating on air. The therapists don’t just give a treatment – they take care of your soul. I walked out each time feeling amazing, renewed, and deeply relaxed. The restaurant is something I will never forget. Spacious, beautifully set up for every meal, with attentive table service. But the food… oh, the food! The choices, the freshness, the flavors – this was another level of culinary heaven. I’ve never experienced better taste in all my travels. Each bite was a celebration, leaving me speechless and grateful. The entertainment team is pure energy and joy. One moment they’re dancing on the beach, the next they’re leading pool exercises, later serving dinner with smiles, and then giving fantastic evening shows. Their spirit fills the resort with life. Even though I didn’t join the workshops, sports, or meditation, I could see and feel that everything was delivered with passion and excellence. The rooms are super spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping is outstanding – not only in the rooms, but throughout the resort. The gardens are beautifully kept, every corner is cared for, and the exteriors are a pleasure to walk around. And then the beach… wide, clean, with plenty of sunbeds and large parasols offering generous shade. It felt like pure paradise. Robinson Nam Hoi An is more than just a resort – it’s a place where hospitality, joy, and beauty meet. I arrived as a guest, but I left feeling truly at home, with a full heart and unforgettable memories. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

It was nice experiencing comfort and convenience as being a part of this resort. Organic garden is a highlight.

It's a wonderful resort, staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The beach volleyball courts are amazing.

A FANTASTIC LOCATION! We have just concluded a beach volleyball camp here, and cannot be happier with the resort; it's staff, layout and every food station at their breakfast buffet. The resort is massive, almost as large as their Khao Lak cousin. Lots to do, and great weather considering Typhoon Kaijiki was only a few hundred kms north. A shout out to Okan, the GM, for working so well with us, and in particular to Thuy; our regular contact. Another camp is already pencilled in for this time next year.

The resort was lovely, great staff, excellent facilities and food! The only downside is the location - it's about an hour from hoi and not very convenient if you want to eat outside the resort. But great value and we had a lovely time.
