River House at Odette's

The hotel was amazing and Cathy was great with preparing the room so perfectly! Thank you odettes for a great trip to new hope!

The property is gorgeous! The service failures I'd overlook in a lower tier property warrant mention here. We made no complaints during our stay so this is objective. Upon check-in only two towels in the room (no washcloths or hand towels). Our room was only attended to once during our 4 night visit. The only evidence of this is additional towels and some chocolates appeared one day. The closet light fixture was annoyingly disassembled. There's a coffee/espresso machine in the room and multiple times we had to go to the front desk who's staff didn't seem to know how to acquire more. Finally hunting down housekeeping (daily) got us our coffee. Hospitality training could go a long way at the front desk as the employees themselves were friendly and energetic, just lacking knowledge. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and the piano player made for a memorable experience. This property is good choice in an area with few lodging options but don't expect five star service... Except for the valets! They are awesome and kept it classy even when berated by Karen's on Easter Sunday!

Property is in a great location . Walk to everything but quietly tucked away at the end of town . I don’t agree with hotels that charge you to park . I had 3 meals and some cocktails both days that I was in town , as a matter of principal not one was at the hotel because they charge for parking .

One of the nicest and cleanest properties I’ve stayed at all year

Odette's is a lovely hotel within walking distance of New Hope's eateries, pubs, shops and the Bucks County Playhouse. Their staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to: Rebecca, who checked us in; Amber, our rooftop dinner waitress; Eileen, the main level restaurant hostess; and Bella, our breakfast waitress. Bella is a new employee, and perfectly complements the vibe of Odette's, as do all of the staff we met. My companion and I were celebrating our 70th birthdays, and he called ahead to reserve a table for dinner, and was told they'd do something special. We were treated to a huge cookie decorated with Happy Birthday written on it and swirls of whipped cream around the edge. What a nice touch! My one complaint is that the soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles, attached to the wall of the shower, were WAAAAY too high for me, at 5'3. The shower floor is tile so slippery when wet, and the only stationary hand-hold is on the opposite side of the shower, making trying to use those products a potential safety hazard. Otherwise, our stay was delightful!

Everything was immaculate and the employees were so friendly and accommodating!

We love the co deviance of the Riverhouse and the room was beautiful.

From the service of the valet and check in staff to the servers and bartenders... it was perfect. If you want to be pampered, this is the place to stay.
