River House at Odette's

Had a wonderful staycation here.

Location was unbelievable such a beautiful river. The rooftop restaurant was incredible. The views and the food was absolutely phenomenal.

Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is the TV does not work and that is how I fall asleep.

Very clean and fun! Had a great time with my husband and son. Only thing is I wish room service was served after 11:30pm. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful and concierge was amazing. Everyone always said hello in all spaces and walking through the hotel.

Best stay ever. So relaxing and staff was so friendly. Was there with my wife for our anniversary of 15 years.. The concierge set up a special experience for us and had flowers delivered to our room. Dinner was great and staff was super professional. Will return again.

Reposting because my original review was -- mysteriously -- taken down without any action on my end. My family and I rented the Stanley Suite in the River House Guest House, a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite located on the River House property (not attached to the main hotel) for my 40th birthday. Included among the guests were myself, my spouse, my 1.5 year old son, and my mother. Our arrival at River House can be described as nothing short of chaos -- cars everywhere, overwhelmed valets, and no clear direction of what to do and where to go. When we finally got to the front desk, it was very clear that because we were not part of a wedding party, we were not a main focus and told just to wait to find out when our suite would be ready and how to get our luggage there. After an hour and a half, the valets on their own brought our luggage over because the wedding guests who were staying at the hotel kept stealing the luggage carts and and insisting that they were more important than any other guest (and no one stopped them). From there, the trip was honestly fine... the Stanley Suite seemed nice but worn -- curtains falling off the wall, stains on the furniture, dirty bedding in the closet, and just a lack of upkeep that one would expect of a suite this expensive. We made the most of the trip and otherwise had a wonderful time in New Hope. But our stay here was not what we had hoped, including getting a call from the front desk to say we were moving chairs too loudly when we literally were pulling out dining room chairs to sit on them (which did not have padding so they scraped). Fair warning to all who consider River House at Odette's -- consider whether you want to be secondary to a wedding(s) when you stay because that is how it felt. Despite staying in one of the most expensive suites on the property, because we were not part of a wedding, it was like we did not exist, had to fight to get any attention/service, and ultimately left with the knowledge that we would not be back unless there were some drastic improvements to the property and the approach from the staff.

Great stay overall! The room is stocked with amenities and a Nespresso machine! Valet service was great. Highly recommend this hotel!
