"Excellent"

El hotel es parte de una gran instalación que incluye muchas actividades, especialmente para niños: tirolinas, botes a pedales, muchos tipos de animales, etc. Nos alojamos allí para facilitar el acceso a hacer senderismo en los bosques cercanos, lo cual fue genial. La comida en los restaurantes es de muy buena calidad y el servicio es excelente. Debido a que hay tanta gente (para el hotel y los usuarios diurnos de las comodidades del complejo), puede ser ruidoso. El personal del hotel fue todo muy servicial y amable.

"Good"

Loved everything that you can do close by. There was no coffee available to anyone until restaurant opened at 9am. Normally by then I’ve already had my third cup of coffee. Security there sucks. Had an incident with a security guard who was rude. What restaurant opens at 9am?

"Outstanding experience "

Outstanding property. Beautifully landscaped and absolutely clean. Very friendly, warm and proud staff everywhere, from Don José (Don Chucho) in the kitchen/dining area, David our waiter for most of our stay, and Miss Sol at the front desk. Thank you all for making this an unforgettable trip! And those “Chiles en Nogada” to die for !!!
