BIEN EN GENERAL

Es un lugar tranquilo y muy bonito, áreas súper cuidadas. Podría haber más opciones en el buffet, pero el pueblo está a 15 min caminando y hay más opciones de comida.

Es un bonito lugar para ir en pareja, las instalaciones son tranquilas y comodas, el personal es amable, si quieres tranquilidad de preferencia ir entre semana, ya que a apartir de los sabados esta mas ocupado, pero tiene areas verdes amplias para distraerte

Very clean and quiet. But, a few important things happened during our stay: 1. The door didn't lock. Front desk told me twice that they had fixed it so i climbed the stairs twice, both times the door opened with just a push again. Down the stairs to insist. It took maintenance 3 tries over a few hours to finally just change the lock entirely. (That included me having to climb the stairs with our luggage at least 3 times; one of the front desk men helped me two of those times thankfully). 2. The sides of the kiddie and adult pools are covered in algae. 3. The water in both pools was cold. My daughter kept shivering. I couldn't even last long in the water myself. I expected warm water due to their advertising "climatizado" but it was definitely not the case. Only the air in the covered pool was warm. No swimming for us. 😕 4. The TV didn't work until someone came to fix it. They said the box had disconnected itself.

Aprovechas el parque Panoaya que tiene varias actividades, la fogata en la noche te permite disfrutar las estrellas..Me gustaría tuvieran adicional al bufette servicio a la carta en el restaurante

Nos encanto el lugar , muy seguro !! ademas que la atencion del personal del hotel como del parque super amable , hoy en dia es dificil encontrar a tanta gente tan amable junta

El hotel es muy agradable, los servicios que tiene son básicos pero suficientes, la vista es muy bonita hacia los volcanes. La comida es muy rica pero dejan de dar servicio muy temprano, así que si te da hambre en la noche tienes que buscar por fuera. La alberca esta climatizada y muy agradable

En general estuvo genial ñ, todo muy limpio y con sana distancia. Felicidades!!

Al llegar me comentaron en recepción que no tenían mi reservación y que no tenían lugar, luego lo revisó alguien más y me llevaron a la habitación, la cuál era diferente a la reservada.

Location next to the Park/Zoo/Museum is excellent.
