El alojamiento es más grande de lo que se ve en las fotografías. Todo estaba muy bien! El barrio es increíble donde se encuentran todas las tiendas de lujo y restaurantes preciosos. Llegas a todos lados caminando. Por dar una sugerencia, las camas y colchones de una de las habitaciones podrían mejorarse.

The apartment was great and location was good. But there was zero communication. The first email we got said don't use any outside communication because it might be spam come to find out the next thing they do is send us an outside communication from another app. Then they don't respond to any communication through the hotels.com app and we had to spend an extra $30 to park because we couldn't get the code to the parking space that was included that was the whole reason we booked this particular one is that you had included parking. Absolutely frustrated miserable check-in with no communication at all.

o espaço é bem aconchegante e completo. muito bem localizado.a limpeza estava impecavel,o chekin foi de facil acesso,possui tudo que precisavamos para uma estadia perfeita,o anfitrião gentil e sempre pronto para nos ajudar.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. La casa è carina, tipica e spaziosa. Ha una bella vista pur essendo in pieno centro.

I servizi (bagni e cucina) ne esistano di essere rinnovati, sono vecchi e consumati. Le prese della corrente non sono a norma e pericolose (soprattutto quella del bollitore della cucina). Un dei cinque letti non era stato preparato e abbiamo dovuto cercare noi un materasso, rete e lenzuola per prepararlo. Ci sarebbe la possibilità di parcheggiare privatamente, ma non ci sono state date le chiavi dicendo che un ospite le aveva portate via - dopo diverse discussioni, abbiamo ottenuto un rimborso di un parcheggio a 15 minuti a piedi da casa dall'agenzia. Infine, la cucina ed il bagno al piano inferiore, la sera/notte si riempiono di scarafaggi e altri insetti striscianti che escono dagli scarichi - e questo era davvero fastidioso.

Estaba lleno de cucarachas. No nos ofrecieron otra alternativa adecuada de alojamiento. El reintegro parcial del importe de la estancia todavia no se ha realizado. Muy decepcionante.

Absolutamente nada. Lo cogimos por el precio y la ubicación, éramos un grupo haciendo ruta por Portugal y cada noche la hacíamos en un sitio. Esa noche tocó Lisboa y fue super decepcionante. La casa estaba sucia, tenemos fotos y videos de cucarachas corriendo por la casa y encima nos tocó pagar un plus por llegar más tarde. La pena es que no puedo poner los vídeos aquí

I will never use a Homing run property again. This unit was for sale and clearly was not intended to meet the purpose of serving guests. The furniture was very cheap and unstable. Lots of things in the apartment for show but in usable like a deck with a lamp and no electricity to plug it in to, a fan with a cord too short to reach the electrical outlet high up on the wall. One bed was broken and could not be used so one person had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. We were not given keys to the back door where our car was parked. The neighbors said they have complained to the owner about the keys issue a multiple tenants have asked him to leave the door open since they don't have a keys. I used the contact procedures to the letter and was not met by owner with keys on time. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. There are lots of accomodations available in Lisbon, don't waste time or money on this one.

It was not what I was expecting. Communication was very bad trying to get checked in, it took almost 2hrs to talk to someone. Very bad customer service. The property was in a nice area of Lisbon but the unit itself was dangerous(you could easily fall down the stairs heading to the unit and the bedrooms). I would think twice before booking. The worse part was the customer service, not very welcoming and didn't care that we were so inconvenienced.
