Location is very good but it is NOT right on the Avenue Liberdade. It in one block away from that Avenue. It is difficult to get the keys and to find the apartment.

The stairs on the entrance are dangerous, extremely steep and the back entrance is NOT open although it is very close to the entrance and convenient. The landlord DOES NOT ALLOW to use back door. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ELDERLY, CHILDREN OR PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY.

First to collect keys guests has to go to one location and go to apartment which is in orther location which is not convenient

Dangerous staircases to reach the apartment. Squeaky stairs, squeaky footboards, too many lack of maintenance spots. Cants sleep because of BED BUGS which was can’t acceptable!

Hicimos el checkin como habíamos acordado a las 15.30, nos dieron las llaves del apartamento (cuando entregas unas llaves es que está listo para entrar), cuando abrimos la puerta encontramos bolsas y ropa por el suelo, todo sucio, y una chica que se subió corriendo al piso superior, el susto fue inmenso, un descorciento, pensamos que era compartido sin saberlo. Los propietarios no atendieron mis llamadas, subí para hablar con la chica, y resultó ser el servicio de limpieza. Tuvimos que volver a la calle, llamé nuevamente a la oficina, y hasta hoy sigo sin hablar con ellos, esperamos en la calle con las maletas y después del viaje hasta poder acceder en condiciones. Además de eso, me cobraron 10 € más del precio, y hotels.com tampoco me lo solucionan, y eso que aseguran precio garantizado. El aparcamiento está en una calle atrás, de muy mal acceso con el coche, y para ir a la vivienda hay que llevar la maleta por calles adoquinadas y escaleras.
