The manager has good customer service skills but the property is not maintained for the price nor is it suitable for sleeping peacefully. I changed to a second room after my complaint of being scratched by wires sticking out and was first told to move me I would need to pay a different price event though the room was unsafe . I refused and show the scratch on my leg and we were moved . The second room was dirty bedsheets had hair , bathroom door hanging by one hinge so we used it without shutting it . However breakfast was included in stay and that was good and local food from restaurant was fab .

Very clean towels and bedshits, nice location, good price, very comfortable bed

Nothing about the the hotel and staff are likeable.

The fact that my privacy was violated by stealing £580 from my padlocked suitcase and the Manager's unprofessional behaviour as well as the hostile attitudes of staff and the manager himself.
