The cleanness, the rooms in general the bath all was not good

I liked the location and the room and the comfort of the room.

The dozens of Mosquitos in the room which couldn't allow us to sleep enough throughout our stay at your hotel.

Staff and mangement were friendly and answered our queries. Location good and we could walk to the Cotton Tree with shops along the way. Breakfast was ok when it was bought to you but no menu was provided apart from a member of staff verbally telling you what it was available for the day. Bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. Visited the nightclub and they played good music. 24hr security was good. WIFI was ok.

The hotel is in the budget category, its a 1 star accommodation but more like a hostel.. I needed budget accommodation but this was not what i was expecting. It was not comfortable for me and unfortunately did not settle in, for the few days I was there. The first impressions were ' I cant stay here'. The environment was dark and very tired looking. Bedroom and bathroom need updating so its more comfortable, clean looking and fresh. it was very depressing and floors were dirty. TV and phone did not work and reoprted it. The TV's plug could not fit into the socket as the lead was too short so was there just dangling. Fixtures and fittings in bedroom and bathroom were in a bad way too, not good. No kettle was provided as stated either. Recommendations: Hotel needs a complete renovation throughout. Bright cream colours on wall and stairs etc needed so its welcomming and pleasing at first sight. Appliances that work are needed and that are safe to use. Bedroom furniture needs updating so it looks like a bedroom you want to stay in and feels comfortable and clean. The gully/river next to it needs cleaning out too and aware this is not the hotels responsibility.

The manager is one of the best managers I have ever met, he loves every one that walks through hotel Mallika doors and very down to earth manager, thanks for everything, sir, u are the best .the staff is generous, I think when it comes to customer service ,hotel Mallika has the best hotel staff of all the hotels I ever stayed in.

boss is excellent to communicate , the manager is rude , he thinks he runs hotel in whle sierra leone and other stafs are very good, i found a mouse in room , wg=hich was solved after talking to main boss and rest ok ,
