Lava Hotel

Very clean and beautiful.

Everything was fine.

Pool and steaks at the restaurant. Very friendly staff!

Almost doesn’t feel like you’re in Samoa. A very generic and sterile hotel with not much character but to it.

The first day I had to pay for breakfast even it was included with accommodation. Location of foods was not very good- not visible. The food was ok

What I didn’t like was no explanation of how and where the breakfast table was located. Language barrier. They are quick to charge you for the next day’s accommodation when you have not slept there yet.

I asked poached eggs on toast with grilled mushrooms and grilled tomatoes, the waiter came with poached eggs nearly raw, creamy mushrooms which I didn’t asked for and no grilled tomatoes

Listen to the customer, don’t be nervous when taking the orders from customers and a bit more variety of the continental breakfast eg baked beans, boiled eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes , avocados and more fruit on the buffet

Location is perfect. Pool is perfect for kids and great vibe in foyer/ restaurant area. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
