the stairs were terrible for our luggage

Lovely and clean. Excellent facilities. Quiet rooms away from the street. Comfy beds and would be great for a longer stay than our one night.

Quite a complicated process getting in. But owner on other end of phone helpful and available. Plug stuck down in bathroom basin but am sure this will be fixed for next visitor.

Central location.

Bit noisy at night.

Great Location, Close to local shops, Businesses etc. Plenty of food options close by, Walking distance to Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre.

Nice spacious appartment

Hot water was very minimal, and very very limited kitchen equipment if you are wanting to cook , portacot was requested and accepted but was not there when we arrived staff did come to site after we called to set up

The area where the apartment is located Everything that you might need is in walking distance, also we didn't need to buy toiletries which is a bonus.

The pipes under the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen were leaking, I had to call somebody to come and fix the skylight blind because it was broken and need a rubbish bin for the tenants to put in as the bins in the apartment gets fill fast. Towels were supplied, but i tried calling them for some clean fresh towels, I was told they dont supply them. We wanted to clean the apartment because we were they for a week and they didn't have cleaning items that we needed.

Very clean and tidy, excellent accommodations.

Problem getting entry to the apartment

This was a great property, except that there was no accessible entry. My older mother had trouble on the stairs. The Internet was down the entire time we were there.
