Location.

Hot water kept going off. Was on for just 5 minutes one day, on and off the other days. No staff on-site, not clear who to contact about it.

Even though above a bar, and retail street, this apartment was super quiet. Also 5 mins to airport for an early flight out. Supermarket across street, so easy for cooking

The instructions for finding our way to the property were helpful but using the code on the unit door was difficult. One of the numbers didn't key in properly all the time and we needed several attempts to gain entry. Guests using the opposite unit as we left for the afternoon were having problems even locating the key pad! However, not having keys to uplift]t or return was a plus. The proximity to the airport bus, zoo, supermarkets and pharmacy was a huge plus.

We had asked for accommodation for three adults and two children but there were only two single and one king sized bed. The bedrooms had windows in to the rest of the unit making them difficult to darken if there were lights on in the living space. The tap on the hand basin was hard to turn off and the shower head leaked between the hose and the fitting although it worked well enough.

Convenient to shops etc. Very comfortable place to rest

The air-conditioner is hard to work out. It worked the last day we stayed, AC is needed as it got very hot an stuffy. Also, the front door electronic look did not lock

We were going to airport very early in the morning and this property was sufficient for our needs
