U Suites Kilbirnie

When you walk in the place looks fantastic. It's a super handy location to Kilbirnie shopping area, and the airport. Unfortunately that was about where it stopped.

There was mould growing on the ceiling by the lounge windows, and the walls through the whole block are paper thin. You can hear the constant drone of heatpumps and any conversation echos through the apartment. There is no parking but we managed to find something near by.

Place and position for buying needs

I don't like questionnaires like this that go on far too long.

Good size, clean, well set up, uncluttered, washing machine & dryer, location was excellent, fan with remote in room was nice touch, kitchen area well set up, decent sized fridge.

Couch in lounge area a little small; if had 3-4 guests as per capacity wouldn't of had adequate seating. No balcony to get outside time (though the one window was huge & opened very wide). Only one outside window; bedrooms had skylights though with electric shutter which did shut out light completely. Access doorway to accommodation next to bar would of been unnerving if I arrived late evening with bags & finding doorway & entering code for first time with many males drinking right there.

Its location is good with Countdown supermarket is across the road and Pak & Save is just 10mins walk away. A variety of eateries in the vicinity. The apartment has washing machine & dryer. The beds were abit too soft for my liking. Otherwise is a decently good place to stay.

Good location with supermarket just across the street. Self check-in is convenient and easy. The customer service is reponsive and helpful with my queries.

It was modern and in a great location and had all the amenities and more
