AVS Hotel Phu Quoc

We stayed for 3nites. I had bad expectation at 1st. 1st, I thought they got netflix (from review that Ive read), act u need to access it with ur own account. Despite the issue, they actually do offered various TV channels. 2nd, there was no iron in the room which I really need it, I called the receptionist and after around 10mins, someone brought the iron with the ironboard. Thumbs up to all the hotel team. Our vacation slowly turned to be the best of all, thanks to the staffs. They do their best to fill our needs. We requested for muslim meal for breakfast, airport shuttle for our return flight, they taught us how to use vinbus app, they helped us rent their bike & make up our room everyday. The location is wise, centre to everything, just a few steps away from the sandy beach, quiet at night, the spectacular sunset view from our spacious room. All in all , it was such a memorable vacation.

We had a great stay at AVS Hotel Phu Quoc. It has a great location, close to the Sunset beach, close the restaurants, shops. The area is quiet during night, so everything is perfect for a great holiday. The breakfast is amazing with western and asian style food. The rooms are nice and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay at AVS, check-in and out was easy and staff were helpful. The room and hotel itself seemed a little bit outdated but was clean with no major issues. The beach was a very short walk away however, we wished we knew that the hotel does not have a designated seating area so we either had to shack up at a beach bar or rent seats from another hotel. There are lots of dining options nearby, a 24hr convenience store with laundry services a couple minutes walk away. Breakfast was included and did the job, nothing spectacular.

The hotel was truly an excellent choice for our family vacation! The rooms were very clean and tidy, providing a comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The sea view was a major highlight – watching both the sunrise and sunset felt like a scene straight out of a painting. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few steps away from the beach, perfect for anyone who loves being close to nature. The hotel also offers a very convenient airport shuttle service, which made our trip even smoother. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Chau and Thuy, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Our family had an unforgettable holiday, and we will definitely come back in the future!

It's a good time to visit Phu Quoc Island at this time of year. Clear bright sunny days during my trip fr 16th to 20th December 2024. It was an experience for me and my family where visiting the Vinworld Safari, theme park, Sunworld theme park and the longest cable car ride in the world. It was fantastic! Island hopping is another activities that should not be miss and the Sea Walker experience too if u hv not scuba dive before. Is was amazing!

Nice older elegant hotel. Great rooftop pool. The best breakfast in Vietnam after being in Da Nang, Grand World, Sunset town, Doung Dong, Ho Chi Min and Hanoi for 3 months

Good new hotel with swimming pool on the roof. Thanks Hannah for the free transfer from the airport it is pleasure for us. Our journey will be soon and I hope that this vacation will be great in the Phu Quok. We will fly from Bangkok and AVS Hotel will pick up from the airport.

Sehr gute Lage, 150m zum Strand, schade das es keine Liegen vom Hotel gab. Frühstück sehr gut. Dank Upgrade hatte ich ein tolles Zimmer mit super Ausblick
