AVS Hotel Phu Quoc

Good staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Very good breakfast. When doing US dollar exchange, try to use large US bills exchange rate is better. Walking distance from lots of good food. Front receptionist, Thuy, was very helpful. Pool area is beautiful with good view of ocean!

Wonderful hotel in Phu Quoc, beautifully furnished and decorated with fine attention to detail, from the lobby ceiling to the floor tiles in the hallways. Highly recommend this hotel as the staff are so kind and helpful. Hannah from the reservation team dealt with my queries with patience and I was very happy with her excellent service, she is a gem. The reception staff are also super friendly and lovely to deal with. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a very nice touch. We had a stunning view of the sea from our room 414. I’ll definitely stay at AVS hotel next time I’m in Phu Quoc.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful especially Pham (Wade) who accommodated all our needs. Lots of restaurants are near by. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal with lots of selections. Definitely will stay at this hotel again if we come back.

We love the receptionist lady Chau who has giving us advise and help us all the way throughout our stayed and checked out date. We give a 5 to *Chau* at the front desk receptionist who provided an outstanding, amazingly & exceptional services! Thank you Ms. Chau!

This was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam for our 2-week trip. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. We booked the sea view, which was very nice. The hotel let us checked in early without additional cost. Breakfast was phenomenal with different dishes every morning. FREE shuttle bus to and from hotel, which I wasn’t aware until checked out. So we took the hotel free shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay at AVS. Will definitely return to this hotel for our next visit.
