Ursino rooms apartment

The house was very old ..not well maintained, not well cleaned and the area was not ok. It seemed unsafe (the overall area)to be honest.

Huge flat with great price in perfect location in Catania. Totally recommended!

Proximity to the city center, big rooms and the appartment suits up to 9 people. Has 2 bathrooms, so it was very good for us.

The appartment needs some maintainance, it should be renovated, but considering the low price and location, we fpund it good value for money.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Catania. The place was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of five. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the city center with plenty of cafes and restaurants that were both charming and budget friendly. There were also supermarkets nearby, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast in the apartment. Another great feature was the availability of free parking on the street or at a small square at the beginning of the street, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this accommodation for families or anyone visiting Catania!

Spacious, two bathrooms, very helpful host.

Lots of space, two bathrooms which was perfect for the two family groups that stayed.

Parking was a nightmare and the roads are very narrow. Quite a stressful start to our holiday.

The apartment was conveniently near Piazza Duomo, Via Etnea and the Teatro antico. It was spacious and the owner was helpful and always available. The beds were very comfortable, all the linen and towels very clean and there were a few beautiful paintings of the city on the walls. There was wine available for a reasonable price.

WiFi was practically non existent in the second (back) bedroom. The kitchen cupboards and everything in them really needed a good cleaning. Although the place was nice, it was a little bit neglected. Just a bottle of shampoo (which i found by chance in a box) for two bathrooms, an empty jar with traces of sugar in the kitchen cupboard, used hotel slippers in the box where i found the shampoo, such little things that could have been taken care of.
