Ursino rooms apartment

Central location, spacious apartment, great value for money. Several good restaurants in the area, free parking in front of the house.

The old windows let the street noise in.

This is a great choice for accommodation in Catania, it is very spacious and within walking distance to Catania's historical center. Host provided lots of uselful info for our stay and made sure everything was OK.

The apartment was comfortable and in walking distance from the sights in Catania. The transfer recommended by the host was very reliable. Communication was very efficient.

The apartment was very large with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very well kept with all necessities available. It was very beautiful and very clean. Very good value for money.

I liked everything about it.

-Large and renewed apartment; -Fully equipped with AC in every space, large kitchen, spacious rooms; -City attractions easily reachable by walking (Less than 10-20 minutes).

I wouldn’t recommend to some kind of vulnerable tourists (groups of women/elderly people) if planning to visit mainly walking. The neighbourhood around the apartment is pretty bad.

Location, size of rooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well fitted with good supply of utensils etc.

Auto cut off Aircon during a unprecedented heatwave. No fans, no room cleaning, grubby Area. Need extra power sockets, no extraction in bathrooms, opening windows means mosquitos enter.

The apartament is very big, many beds and very close to center

The bathroom, the kitchen and the fridge very dirty. Mold in the bathroom, the furniture from the kitchen was full of dirty fingerprints :(

Ground floor, spacious bedrooms, close to the centre. Close to nightlife, restaurant and bars

Mosquitos. Automatic cut-off of Aircon.

The apartment is large, modern and perfectly located.
