EM Royalle Hotel & Beach Resort

I like this place because of swimming pool and beachfront and pet love place..i like the breakfast and lunch.

Would NOT recommend this hotel. 1. Matresses are hard as a rock. After consulting the manager(who assured me something would be done to soften up the bed) nothing was done as promised, until i complained to the evening desk clerk. We were given a matress to use that was 12 inches narrower than the previous one. Finally had to go buy my own 4" foam matress topper at the shopping mall to keep my back from hurting for the balance of our 12 day stay. The manager never followed up with me... No attempts at 'customer service recovery'. 2. Shower water is luke warm at best and water pressure dismal. 3. House staff is nice. 4. Pool is dirty. 5. Menu selection is so so... 6. Toliet backed up twice and overflowed once. 7. Hallways are noisey.... Dogs parking inside the hotel at 2 AM. 8. At 4am on the first night, a drunk person tried to break down a room door down the hall from us. Police were called. Save your money. Stay ANYWHERE else.

No Fire Exit Map in each Room.. No Peephole on Room door for security.. Many items not available on Menu...

I liked the beach, it’s clean and shallow not that deep so it is safe. What i didn’t like is the service, actually they are not customer oriented… the receptionists were not that attentive in receiving and talking to customers, no warm welcome, we’ve to asked for assistance upin checked in… every time we sat at their outdoor resto, nobody came to us so we have to sought for service personnel after 20-30mins waiting. Orders that were not available was mentioned after 30 mins, jam and butter that were included in the continental breakfast were serve after 30 mins were breakfast was already eaten… The de luxe rooms are just minimalist, no tel. no safety box, no cabinet in the bathroom just toilet and basin. The owners dogs are loud, barking too much in the pool area and the main doors of the rooms are not that intact. Will never return to this hotel!

The facility per se is nice. It just needs more maintenance.

Our neighboring room brought with them a videoke to celebrate a birthday. It's our first night so we were super tired. We asked the staff to make them stop because need to rest and sleep. what they did is ask them to LOWER DOWN THE VOLUME but still they were so loud up until almost 12AM. They said it's not allowed BUT ONLY ASKED THEM TO LOWER THE VOLUME. If i did not message them on their fb page they would have allowed those inconsiderate guests to disturb others until morning.
