"Disappointing"

big pool staff aimed to please with service

Surrounding was not very clean; inside hotel there was dog poop. Bathrooom heater did not work consistenly No safe in the room

"The resort is good except that people will not enjoy the ocean- must have dangerous undertow"

Breakfast was great. We occupied the space and tables near the pool. Long table for everybody was awesome.

My family members experienced bad experience. My brother-in-law, almost got drown while helping other guest drowning in the beach as well as my brothers and nephew who went down to help him with the other guests drowning that already loss consciousness...without the aid of the fisherman the water might took them all. It was so terrible!!!!

"Nice place for staycation"

Great place to stay and to unwind. We are in 3rd flr beach front and it was amazing. Internet is good with 15 to 20mbps. Good for staycation and wfh. Room description is misleading, room with free breakfast when you book but No free breakfast when you arrived.

"Our Elyu trip"

It's only a few meters away from the beach. The hotel is also located a few kilometers away from the Gimik spots.

Air conditioning was leaking on the room that we've reserved. Sad thing thing is instead of getting a similar or an upgrade, we got transferred to a room which I felt was a downgrade.
