Ants all over our multiple rooms, same as lizard everywhere you look

Ants & lizards all over have to pay for extra towels toiletries limited

my room was infested with ants. all over on the floor and on my mattress. the staff did spray and clean it. my shower head barely had any water pressure

staff were great.huge pool.food is ok

firstly, hallways and room smelled bad upon entering. Airconditioning is super slow..stayed there overnight yet the temp did not reach the level that we entered. The rate of the rooms are almost near to the better hotel that we stayed at so we exoected it at least be in the same level as the other hotel..but it was disappintment after disappontment. not even close... you have to pay for everything extra...they dont provide pool towels and you have to pay extra for it.

Beachfront , swimming pool

Dogs running everywhere in lobby , barking, peeing, & pooing unattended during check in. Dogs noisy & barking on our floor. Later learned they were pets of owners. No phones, limited services.

It is near the san juan beach

Unfortunately, although there's a restaurant, they still need to put a cooking area on which clients can cook their own foods. Locals in the areas told us that there were lot of tourist who will asked them to cook for their food. Not every tourist are pleased to eat at the restaurant when they also want to cook their own foods.

Good ambiance,facilities and staff. Only things need to improve is the internet connection which 2 out of 4 room I booked was no net connection tv not working too.
