"Nice apartment but need to at least mop the floors."

Spacious two bedroom apartment with nice decor.

Both bathrooms had a musty smell. Unfortunately, 30 minutes after taking a shower, I just happened to look at the bottom of my feet and they were both nearly black from walking on the tiled floor. Floors had obviously not been mopped for a while. Was a little surprised, considering the asking price, free coffee satchels are the only welcoming treats you can expect.
