"Sehr gute Lage für Selbstversorger aber auch in der Stadt Essen gehen zu können."

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und eine Tiefgarage ist direkt im Haus. Zugang für die Türen und Garage voll Digital über das Internet. Sehr Modern und sehr ruhig. Elektrische Verschattung macht das Schlafzimmer richtig dunkel. Für Selbstversorger bietet die Küche alle nötigen Utensilien. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und genügend Geschirr. Busbahnhof gleich ums Eck, mit der gratis Guest Card Brixen sind Busse und viele Seilbahnen incl. Gerade für das Gebiet Plose zum Wandern und Radfahren ist das optimal.
