Location - near to where most of the amenities are, you can walk to most of them, including restaurants, shops, etc.. The apartment is well designed, good use of a small space. Garage was also convenient to access.

The Internet key card access is relatively unstable. When the server undergoes maintainance and you are stuck outside, you might have to wait a while for it to be back online. There is no air-conditioning. We went when the weather was starting to warm up, so it takes a while on some nights for the temperature to cool down after you leave the windows open. Can't imagine it in summer. The rubbish separation is quite problematic. The bin is not big enough for multiple categories of recyclables, so you might have to lump them together and sort them out when you bring it down to the garage to recycle them. Pricey.

Uns haben die Lage, der kostenlose Parkplatz und die Sauberkeit sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders praktisch war, dass man das Auto eigentlich den ganzen Aufenthalt über nicht braucht, wenn man in der Stadt bleiben möchte. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in nur 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm und unkompliziert macht.
