Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, comfortable and so convenient to have a full kitchen and a full size fridge and freezer! Convenient to everything!

My family came to this location only for one night. The cleanliness of the room is best described as worse than gross. There was public hair imbedded into the towels, sheets and in every corner of the bathroom floor. It’s also absolutely not even possible to shower and not drench the entire floor in water. I called down to the front desk to request additional towels and pillows as they are incredibly thin and I learned the poor front desk clerk is the only staff person on property during what I was told is a sold out evening. It was around 10pm so it wasn’t even during the audit shift. I’ve worked at a rival management company and other hotels/resorts for 20 years. This not only completely jeopardizes the safety of the front desk clerk but the entire hotel as well. It is an industry and company standard especially with crestline hotels to at least always have a houseman on duty as well. What if there was a fire or other emergency? I simply just cannot believe the general manager or regional manager for this property would allow this. If the staff is that short staff then it’s a managers responsibility to step up. Not even taking the disgusting accommodations into account the safety issue alone is opening up crestline to an inevitable lawsuit if they continue to run their property this way. So disappointing.

I stayed for over three months on an extended stay, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was often left dirty and dusty. I had to call the front desk numerous times to report that housekeeping had not attended to my room. The vacuum cleaner was broken and needed parts for replacement, but the response was always to find excuses. The management at this location is disorganized, and I encountered rude responses from the supposed regional manager. The breakfast served daily was nearly inedible, with almost expired yogurt and hard bagels wrapped in plastic. Additionally, we were discouraged from raising any complaints. The pool heating system was broken all winter, with staff continuously stating they were waiting for parts to fix it. Written comments at the reception desk suggested that they try to hold the deposit amount for an extended period and find ways to absorb the whole amount. I would advise staying away from this hotel. The only positive aspect is its location, which is close to Potomac Mills Mall. However, if you are expecting the standard Marriott service, this is not the place. The manager is rude and arrogant, and the staff, including housekeeping and restaurant cooks, do not speak English and seem unhappy to work there. The hotel appears to rely on refugees and temporary workers who are almost forced to be there.

Good. Very comfortable. Accommodating staff. Good location. Near major restaurants and shopping. We were there to save on staying in DC. Traffic is heavy getting in and out of DC so it’s a 45-60 minute commute.

Seems like a new hotel, overall very nice. The lobby and common area was very clean, there was a nice firepit and outdoor lounge area and the room I had was spacious and clean. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice too. The gym was big for a hotel gym and basic but good. The breakfast was standard for TownePlace Suites, and good overall.

Everything was amazing 👏. The crew was very nice and friendly. We also loved the breakfast. They have a large number of spots on the parking. The pool was cold unfortunately and there was a old sock in my room. The elevator was a little bit sticky.

The property was okay. There was leftover food in my refrigerator when I arrived and the soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. Luckily I travel with my squeeze bottle soap. Lastly the shower head looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I paid for my room on line and gave my credit card for incidentals when I arrived and received a charge on my credit card for a $3 parking fee that I was never told about.

It was Perfect, no issues, would stay there again!
