I booked and paid for this stay. Arrived to check in and was told there was no rooms available. How could this happen when we paid in advance.

Great location, clean, pet friendly, and friendly staff. The outside patio with fire pit is great!

Hospitable staff, clean rooms, and common areas, above average breakfast, security, and a place where we were treated well. There was plenty of parking , perhaps due to the $3 parking fee. We sat outside around the gas firepit and relaxed. There were also gas grills available for use. The property has a small pool (indoor) that we did not utilize, as well as a fitness center

Nice prop, friendly staff, close to the 95 and other amenities.

Booked this hotel at the last Minute, needed a pet friendly hotel and the price was kind of high but I was tired. I had stayed for long times at townplace suites before. This time I got charged some crazy pet fee, I’m pretty sure it was like 150.00 and at that point I had no choice but to stay there. I don’t care if it was potentially in the fine print, that’s a ridiculous charge.
