Beautiful period property close to city Centre … home from home!

An excellently equipped property full of character. Definitely one of the nicest properties we ever rented. The communication with and service by the management were excellent. Fantastic location just at the foot of Calton Hill. The partner catering company prepares delicious meals.

I would have preferred a harder mattress on the bed, but I guess that is a matter of personal preference.

It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, warm even in the chilly Edinburgh winter and in a fabulous location.

We loved our stay at Rock house, it is such a beautiful house situated in a great location just off Princes street. The house has everything we needed including underfloor heating and a welcoming living room with a roaring fire. There was even a Christmas tree in the room which was a lovely touch. Marco was a great host and answered all of our questions prior to arriving with such professionalism and efficiency. We were even given a late checkout which really helped us-thanks again Marco. Would highly recommend Rock House

Comfortable and stylish decor in a great location, functional fireplaces and a garden

The was nothing I didn’t like about the property, but the range in the kitchen came without an instruction manual which resulted in some trial and error while cooking
