Great location, walkable to many places. Staff were very helpful and flexible with us (with late check-in). They were very communicative via WhatsApp, making our self check-in easy.

Lots of stairs - something to be mindful if you have heavy luggage

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The boy at the front desk, Yeiker and the cleaning lady Georgina, we SO kind and helpful! Comfy bed, clean linens and towels. Good location from a commercial of view. Quiet almost all night. Their kitchen is well enough equipped, they offer guests coffee every morning and have a lovely terrace overlooking Cartagena's rooftops.

A few but important details that could be improved such as: the bathroom being very tiny, hence uncomfortable (one must use the toilet "side saddle" since it's less than 20cms from the walk). Towels a bit threadbare. Definitely please update and adjust the locks on the balcony door and rail, since they are almost unhinged and don't quite match, so some parts can't be locked. Also, please add blackout curtains to all window and balcony rooms; that would allow for a better night's sleep. Lastly: it would be best to have someone overnight at the front desk and not only in the afternoon.

The room was nice with AC and really clean.

There could have been more utensils in the kitchen (only one pan and pot) and also a better light in the kitchen area.

This hotel is well located in the city, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The room is quite basic but for what we paid we were happy with it.

We had to pay a charge to leave our bags at the hotel. A lot of hotels let you do this for free.
