Really central location just a couple of minutes away from the main areas in Cartagena. Rooms are basic and sufficient for a few days. They offer AC, which is nice. Great roof top terrace to have breakfast or Rest. Kitchen is really well equipped!

A little hard to communicate with the staff. The cleaning lady repeatedly asked us to clean the kitchen although we left it really clean.

The location was great, being in the centre.The owner and the staff answered all our questions. They were extra helpful. I thank them.

The place has seen better days. The pictures on Booking were either touched up to hide the peeling paint, mold on the walls and tired furniture. The Internet was in and out in our upstairs room. My husband had a few work meetings one day and it was impossible. Luckily, the nice young man at the reception was kind enough to set him up in a room closer to the modem, otherwise we would have needed to move to a different place. Our room and bathroom were clean, but again, the furniture had seen better days. The headboard was loose/leaning, there was no space to walk around the bed, no hooks or hangers for hanging up clothes and the electric plugs were working intermittently (no power outage). Lastly, the common areas were not very clean, i.e. the kitchen was not conducive to preparing breakfast and the cushions on the roof top benches had dark stains.

The location was very good and the room was comfy and clean, with a A/C that was amazing.

I didn't understand the reception hours that were from 11am to 7pm. In my opinion, for a touristic place that work hours didn't work well. I was not able talk with receptionist, take tips from the city or anything else.

Stayed here twice as it was perfect for exploring Cartagena. Rooftop is great and has comfier chairs than the photos show. Small communal kitchen, great location, walking distance to the usual sights of old town and a few minutes from a big supermarket.
