Belvedere Guest House, Great Yarmouth

Upon arriving at the hotel, I found information I had to call to get the door code. During the call, there were no rooms available. I was given a different hotel instead, and it was a lucky draw. The hotel, located on the beach with a sea view and close to the city centre, was fantastic.

Scam stay away the place has been closed by fire service for over a year on arrival you call a phone number and they offered a room with no hot water at a different hotel I said no so they gave us a free refund that I still haven’t received and booking.com are aware and don’t care

We booked for Belvedere hotel but we got there and it wasn't even open, to then ring and get sent to a different hotel and then we finally got into a room at Carlton hotel and when we got into the room the hallway to the room the radiator was broken so it was stuck on full heat we asked about it and got told it was broken, the room was not the cleanest, the bloke at reception was rude towards us due to not knowing much about the hotels.

Guest house was not available apparently had "maintenance" we were offered either 2 single rooms for the 2 nights or a double room with no hot water for 2 nights or a double room but only for 1 night. As we had no choice as everywhere was fully booked we had to accept a terrible room

I booked for a night on the site when the guest house was closed for refurbishment but still advertised on your site . I rang the owners who are based in London who told me the guest was closed and promised a full refund ....i have only recieved £2 so am not impressed !!!
